I have enjoyed the fare of this tiny shop for several years. Over the past year both service and quality have been in decline. This slide hit a new low today. Our order was called in and we were told 15 to 20 minutes. 25 minutes later we tried to pick the order up. Unfortunately, the order was paid for and walking out wasn't an option.
