Staying in the local area for new year celebrations, took a gamble on a family friendly pub we found via Facebook! Couldn’t have picked a better place! The food was OUTSTANDING. Large portions of hot delicious food. 4 adults 2 children made to feel very welcome excellent service. We’ve all left absolutely stuffed! Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. What Les I doesn't like about The Goat:
The meal was second rate, I had burger and chips not good my other half had meat pie which was very salty with cooked frozen veg, at least you could chew the meat. Spotted duck was tastless with watered-down custard. My pet hatred is dirty sauce bottles ask three times for a clean one in the end gave up. Not good for £47 View all feedback.
