Can only describe Charlie,s as excellent,the food was delicious on a cold and wet day and staff so friendly and helpful.We all chose the full English served with piping hot tea and coffee and have to say the sausages were top notch and the prices very reasonable. Looking back at other negative reviews, we certainly experienced similar issues. Lack of understanding and customer care etc … we are paying for a service here , if we want mushroom on our toasties then please be a little more accommodating… not ‘if the chef agrees’ hahha it was almost like a sketch show than an eatery.
