The brioche buns made this week were totally unacceptable, tough, and nearly uneatable. There is often an excuse when Perla is and isn 't there. The buns where misshapen and I was assured that they only needed to be warmed...That was a lie and lunch and dinner was ruined twice. I can 't believe this type of bun was sold to Oscar 's on Pierce Street Milwaukee. read more.
