Located only a few minutes from South Perth foreshore, SOC provides an authentic Malaysian dining experience without breaking the budget. My favourite is Nasi Lemak (more specifically the spicy beef randang). I also tried the iced lychee (on a 37 degree day)...definitely a winner!! View all feedback.
