Food tonight was dreadful. So was service. Given our food plates (mostly gammon) without steak knives or cutlery! 15 min wait for drinks. Chef must be dreadful as well as the pinappple rings and tomato were beyond burnt. Chef can't even melt cheese on a burger, like how simple is that! Staff all look fed up and unmotivated. Clearly needs better management. Improvements are required here. View all feedback.
