was already a few times in the forest home, but never really the need to write a review. the food was a pleasure. we ordered two drinks at the bar and our meals and took our seats. about 15 minutes later, I had a rare 16oz steak, chips, tweeper rings, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and by-alat placed in front of me. my partner had the forest home burger and she said it was great. but I'm a simple guy and steak is living... Had a meal here. Both of us took the Cod n chips with garden peas which was good value and very tasty, however we went for the Crème Brûlée, nice enough but very over priced at £7 each! Apart from that it’s a nice English country pub which has live bands once a week. View all feedback.
