The food is always good. The service is always good. The prices are fair. The only drawback for me is that making a Pick-up order is such a pain. I want to call my order in to someone. I don't want to order it online or through an automated system. That's my own personal preference but even when I have ordered online my pickup/to go experience has been far less than stellar.
