Don't order online if you're in any sort of rush--apparently online orders to to an email, and they're bad about checking it. Had to show up and then argue with them that I had indeed placed an order before they would grudgingly check. I ordered chicken satay, but it bears no resemblance to it at all--if I hadn't heard the person at the counter say it was chicken satay repeatedly, I would have believed it was chicken...
