What D doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
We always see staff, including MANAGERS, eating and drinking on the counters by the window where food is sent through I would think after Covid you would want to be a bit more aware. That is not acceptable. Makes us wonder what goes on in the back not seen by customers. We may also suggest your managers take training in customer service.
