Waited 30 minutes for a veggie burger to be told they had run out, no apologies were said or anything. I then got offered something different from the menu and was told to speak to the lady I'm guessing who owned it the cafe. I went up to the counter and waited for her while to did everything else but serve me, she kept looking back at me. This went on for 10 minutes, in the end we asked for a refund and left.
