Ridiculously unorganized. Its a shame this location has no standards. Other locations are extremely fast with great customer service. So we ordered online, 4 items in total. The email said it would be ready by 5:04pm so at 5:15pm my son went into the store to pick it up. I seen him go up and ask and then sit down. SEVERAL people came in after us, and got their orders and left. Finally at 5:39 our order was done, and then set up on the counter while they called out 2 more names.
