Good restaurants are busy and you need to book in Spello. A not busy place is usually rubbish and this proved the point. A waiter who resorted to shouting as a way of dealing with foreigners, food with out of season ingredients tinned or ? , and lamb grilled to a frazzle. Prices the same as a good place.
