I’m not a local but every-time I pass by Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg my only condition to my husband is to have a meal from Polito Chicken. They have not disappointed. Hardworking staff/crew. I’m very pleased with my meals.So far I have ordered the chicken, almost all the sides, drinks and the mango cake! Omg! That’s yummy! ?Parking: Many View all feedback.

As someone who is of Peruvian roots I would have to say that the chicken provided by this establishment is way under par, it gives charcoal chicken a bad name. The plantains were the best side served to us and that says a lot. It was good to try new things but I will not be returning to this establishment. Beware!! View all feedback.
