A little out of the way but worth a detour from the other coffee places in Boundary St Spring Hill.. very good for breakfast if doing business in the area. Two visits but no more. The young, blonde female staff member is just rude. Perhaps they think they don't have to be polite given they're very close to a school. 100 metres away is a very nice cafe with very friendly staff. That's where I will be going from now on. View all feedback.
