Fun interior, efficient staff, delicious beer. Backcountry seems to do a particularly good work on citrus beer, and the tangent in the 'I'm Not even Supposed To Be Here Today' was fantastic. Two of the beers we had were good, but the other was not. But this is a personal preference and I wouldn't build a brewery on it. The 3 stars are for the kitchen. The food was just okay. The lamb sluice was dry and drown in what seems cumin. The pizza was on average not to fry. But I think you're going there for the beer, so 3 stars are fair, based on our experience.
