I hate writing not so great reviews, but after having this experience twice at two different locations— I hope this gets the attention it needs. The employees were fine, and the food as always is great. We love kneaders, however waiting in a drive-thru line for over 20-30min to receive our order of ONE sandwich— it was insane.
