We booked for a group of ladies for a midweek lunch and requested table indoors but despite having an email confirmation our booking was apparently not listed in the book. Our indoor table was by the toilets. We were brought our drinks (tepid tap water) and a small glass of ice cubes between us all, and our lunches (baked spuds, sandwiches, salads) quite quickly but that was the last we saw of the waitress.
