Is good concept. It seems fairly healthy. Brussels sprouts were very charred and pretty inedible. Cauliflower and broccoli were also too charred but edible. Felt like I was eating a bowl of very burnt food. Food was also too greasy to be healthy. Service was very good and we were greeted with a smile. Overall not a good experience. I will not be back.
