Sadly the Capital Grille in Stamford is not up to par with the NYC restaurants. My appetizer was cold, the mashed potatoes lumpy and salty. The steak could have been better, and my spinach was dry. Also, this is no longer a fine dining restaurant. Sweatshirts, ripped jeans, sleeveless tank tops, flip flops is the attire here. I'm sure you can come right from the beach.
