I am very disappointed in the speed of service. It shouldnt take a little over 10 minutes to get a single order of chili cheese fries out. Also saw a guy stand at the counter for at least two minutes before he decided to walk out. And again saw another couple not be acknowledged by staff for a significant amount of time.
