Payed for cream cheese icing that I did not get. Not only did I not get what I payed for the manager tried to claim they couldn't sell it whenever there is an option online to buy it separately from the cinnabons. Not only did he say it's not possible or it couldn't be done I know for a fact that's a LIE.
