Where to start. The temperature of the restaurant was too cold. It took too long for our drink order to come. They brought the wrong drink. My appetizer (the gumbo) never came even after we told a server it had not been delivered. The food was bland. Just an all around disappointing experience. This was not our first visit to GiGi's, but it may very well have been our last View all feedback.
