Long time customer saying goodbye. Constantly substituting less valued items for the ones i ordered. They dont ask , they just assume what they are giving youll want. Grilled chicken platter, gave minced dark meat chicken fat. Last time i asked for brisket and got chopped up mystery meat kebob. Time before order brisket sliders, received bbq chicken sandwhich.
