Dined on a Saturday night. The wait staff were attentive and the sides were delicious. We ordered galbi and ox tongue which is normally the most tender cut. Unfortunately both were so tough even when we only grilled them lightly. It was so chewy that I had to discard it. We left hungry and disappointed. To top it off the manager was rude.
