The approach at the drive-thru is so rude. I placed a mobile order and instead of her at least saying “Gm” she open the window to say “YOU GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT BY THE STAIRS BC YOUR ORDER CAME IN LATE” I dislike how nowadays people are not being raised to be polite.
