Everyone who works here is always so nice, which is why this is my favorite Starbucks location! I will say I think more staff is needed. For instance, today my order took 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time the order was completed. I also recognize that that isn't the fault of the baristas, it's more of a logistics issue. Went to this Starbucks on a Monday morning on my way to work, service was quick, but everything I ordered was disgusting or just incorrect. The venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (a popular menu item) had no brown sugar syrup in it, and tasted like gross watered down coffee.
