Tried their chicken sandwich. Overall it was good. But the sandwich was sloppily made. The toppings immediately fell off the sandwich when I opened it. I had to put it back together to eat it. Also, while I was waiting, a customer returned to complain about their order. It happens, but how their staff responded was extremely bad. Train your employees how to take care of your customers. Stopped coming here when 2 to 3 days in a row they had no chicken at all. Came back here today they finally have chicken. We ordered a 12 piece family box. Asked for gravy she gave us a 1/4 cup gravy ...so hard to ask her for anything. I asked for honey and she gave 3 pcs honey. Customer service a 2.
