We are never 100% sure that the food will be vegan (since preserved cheese in vegetable pasta) Many dishes are marked as vegan/vegetarian, but have mentioned milk algae (7). We were also told that a kind of rice had inside without mentioned Alergene milk. So, always ask and really make them know you are vegan and hope for the best..
