Love big apple bagels but quite sure that they have made my sandwich useful when I gave a fairly low tip. Didn't even get my bagel. Just a sad, cold, undamaged bagel. I would type more when waitresses come to my table to ask my order and then bring out the order, but these are hourly wage earning employees. I shouldn't pay extra for their wages.
