Pictured: Thai chicken salad with spicy dressing, veggie avocado Sammy, razzelberry smoothie last but not least pumpkin cheesecake and raspberry tart. This spot is clean employees are friendly, service was quick. The salad and Sammy were killer, loaded with flavor the drink was tart and refreshing. This location is notorious for being slow and rude. The true definition of service, empathy and resolution needs to be explained from the top on down. I have given them 3 chances now to show any development towards acceptable service levels and each time they have failed terribly. Thank goodness there is Panera and Wildflower.
