Ignored by the staff. We called in for a drink, waited at the bar whilst the lady behind the bar was taking a food order, after a few minutes a man spoke over my shoulder and ask her for drinks he wanted. The regular customer (she knew his name so it's fair to assume he's a regular) was then served despite the staff member knowing we were still waiting.
