The hot chocolate was unexpectedly super bitter, and the service was just ok despite being located in a tourist-heavy area. The interior was nicely decorated, but the air conditioning was too cold. The brand was commended for its care for seahorses, a lovely gesture towards animal charities. While the desserts were delicious, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service, as it seemed consistently lacking.
