This is the worst Starbucks in the Syracuse area. Ordered my coffee ahead using the app 15 minutes before I got there. Waited another 15 mins in store. Still no coffee. Was the manager apologetic? Nope. Turn off your mobile ordering if your staff can't seem to handle to make a coffee in HALF AN HOUR. Will never go to this one again. View all feedback.
