I'd worked a little overtime at the hospital, and didn't want to cook. Hubby wanted Gyros and I wanted Mexican. Adela's had birria tacos on the menu, so I was down with that! Also got two pork tamales, and a Mango margarita. Thought I'd have leftovers. NOT! I ate both dishes, minus the garnishes and a bite or two for my hubby. The birria tacos were fantastic!
