In general, I prefer beef ribs over pork because I've always found pork ribs to be dry and flavorless. I discovered this new bbq place in the neighborhood and I was really in the mood for bbq. We stopped and ate here and I ordered the pork ribs with a baked potato salad and bbq baked beans. Omg, these were the best pork ribs I have ever eaten! I was really disappointed the brisket burnt tips was tough and chewy and just tasted like it had sauce slathered on it. The beans weren't cooked all the way through. Also, the customer behind us was fortunate to get a suggestion of ordering a plate that included 2 sides, and it would cost less. I thought they should do that for all customers. View all feedback.
