They are usually really accurate and the large screen helps to confirm. I have noticed, however, if you are too big of an order you have 't able to see the whole order on the screen until after you say thank you for dismissing the person on the headset. After 20 minutes waiting when there was only a couple cars in front in the drive thru and receiving the wrong order I went inside and spoke with an obese female manager that was wearing a filthy uniform stuffing her face with food serving food to customers.
