Because we were Filipino, they didn't welcome us as equals to the tourist we waited almost 1 hr to get service and they were not busy. they took care of the rich looking people first , terrible terrible people . Our money is as green as their money .But the other customers wear their jewelry and try to look rich. and we still gave them a tip, the food was ok nothing special. read more.
