Being a California kid it's hard finding an authentic Mexican taco or burrito here in Oregon. Garcia's however is the answer! Their Al Pastor is very authentic! They didn't cook my shrimp all the way through for the shrimp burrito I ordered when I called them to let them know they hung up on me, and when I showed up to talk to them about it they denied ever serving me. They also don't give receipts so I couldn't have any real ground to stand on. I wasn't even asking for a refund just trying to let them know to cook the shrimp more.
