So glad we discovered this place! We were in the area and craving BBQ and just so happened to see the sign off John Knox. very disappointed by my experience here. bands were very dry and hard. I actually had to try to get the meat from the bone. Sausage was good, but that was the only bright spot in my visit. mac n cheese tasted as if it came from the frozen food isle in food business. will drive from my way to other bbq places that have good food for much cheaper.
