Don't base your opinion on this, I only ordered fried green tomatoes and hush puppies. My niece brought hush puppies home and they were perfect, nice plump and not over cooked. I went back the next day and ordered 2 batches n 1 order of FGT. The two batches were small in size and very close to burned. Needless to say that spoke inconsistency to me.
