This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. There is only one waitress so don't expect typical American customer service. There is a bell on the table for you to get the waitresses attention. I should have known something was up when the food came like 2 minutes after ordering. Seemed microwaved and not at ALL like the pictures (yanagawa bowl). Hands down worst “japanese” food I’ve had, not sure how it has a 4+ rating, very deceiving.
