I usually try not to say "the best". but this is an exception. we've been going there for 15 years and I've never seen a bad lunch there. the redisserie chicken is the best in my opinion. fresh, well seasoned, damp. simply delicious and hot. the rice is always light and fluffy. I was in the mood for Spanish food and called in my order for sautéed whiting, rice with beans and one side of the beans. Didn't know the rice had beans in it or I never ordered a page of beans. When I arrived, I parked in the game. At first I didn't see the restaurant, but it finally found it. I went in and my order was ready. I paid over $19 and left.
