1. We ordered wine. When poured, we received half of what you normally get at a fine restaurant. We inquired about this and were told It only looks that way because it is a big glass. The table next to us received a glass, normal portion. When we told the waitress we were not satisfied, she made excuses. Finally the manager came over to correct the problem. He had more wine poured into our glasses. Totally unexpected in a fine dining experience. 2.We ordered the special, red snapper. It was over prepared and very dry. 3.The side order of vegetables were also under cooked.
