First impressions count and here they really do.. staff are very friendly and welcoming, plenty of seating within the place, and its not its usual office single mum creche that most costas have become. Absolutely awful. Coffee was that bad I threw it away. There are cobwebs from the light fixtures behind the counter. Flies on the tarts in the cake counter one member of staff wafted it off the custard tart and it went to a cherry bakewell but neither one were taken out the unit glad i wasnt eating. Feel sorry for the staff. This Costa is minging!! Filthy toilets, no running water, dirty teapo...
