This Michelin-star restaurant is located at a renovated old castle in Tuscany, Costello del Nero. I don’t post a lot about food, but this was a very unique experience, a combination of tasty, fine food, service and ambience. Every dish meticulously done and carefully arranged. Yesterday we had dinner at Ristorante la Torre and we were disappointed. Food and service don't deserve the michelin star. The cutlery and the mise en place were never ready for the next course. The dishes weren't cooked well and many without flavour. Also the welcoming glass was broken and dirty. The staff was unprepared. One point only for the location, the castle is awsome.
