Placed a lunch to go order for 6 people at 10:30 am to be picked up at noon. Upon arrival the hot food was ready and sitting on the counter. Plasticware, drinks, condements and desserts were missing. Staff was obviously overwhelmed and demonstrated a lack of organization. My wait time to check out was approx an hour.
