We made reservations and when we arrived, there were 4 employees standing around and it took a few minutes before someone acknowledged us waiting and they called the hostess but never greeted us. The hostess was completely rude and told us that last call was in 20 minutes which was odd if we made reservations. Even so, there was no etiquette or customer service.
