BBQ in Texas is a tough gig. There are so many good ones and a few great ones around. I really wanted to like this one. The staff is friendly, the place is convenient, but the BBQ was disappointing. I am hoping it was the BBQ sauce I made the mistake of telling them, Sure put some on. But even the meat I ate that wasn 't covered in sauce, just wasn 't good.
