After a day in May of travelling through the empty, mainly closed until next season and therefore temporarily abandoned winter skiing villages we decided to stay in Tramin, home of the Gewuerztraminer. When having a walk we found the Buschenschank in a narrow street and had a very nice Rasslhof plate, together with the tyipcal Schuettelbrot, Lagrein wine and some Grappa. Would go back again. We sat very rustic and cozy in a converted old wine barrel. Ambience so top! The main foods (seeds, goulash, pig pellets) were absolutely average, so nothing special.
